Shipping Policy:

J WALKER VINYL uses third party vendors to ship packages. All packages are normally shipped from our Rhine Georgia location.

We typically send orders out within 2-5 business days of placement, unless any ordered items are not in stock. In event of a large volume of orders, your order may be take longer before shipment.

J WALKER VINYL is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to an incorrect addresses which was provided when placing your order. Please verify your address that was provided via Paypal by thoroughly reviewing your Paypal receipt. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc. please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist you where possible.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused due to weather, mechanical error, or other problems involving the shipping service that is used by J WALKER VINYL..

J WALKER VINYL is not able to offer refunds for incorrect addresses or delayed packages.

General Return Policy:

You must be completely satisfied. We will accept unopened items for return on invoices dated within 30 days. Please call us for an RMA at 1-800-248-8872. If you order the wrong item, you may send the item back within 14 days with no restocking fee. One exception is special orders, which are not returnable. We also cannot take back chemicals which have been opened unless the product was defective.

Damaged material must be first reported to carrier and then to J WALKER VINYL. All damage claims will be handled appropriately based on carrier’s inspection report and evaluated on a case by case basis. Please call J WALKER VINYL with any questions regarding damaged material.

J WALKER VINYL makes no warranty, expressed or implied, beyond that of the manufacturer.

If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges.

We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. We are not responsible for lost shipments back to us. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us with deliver confirmation. In addition, please consider insuring your return package.

Please allow 3-7 business days after our receipt of your return for the refund or exchange to be processed.

On UPS and USPS Orders

We will pay the freight charges for returned items if you received something you did not order or if the product was defective. If the item was something you ordered but did not need, you will be responsible for all freight charges for the delivery and the return. If the product was defective or not up to your specifications, we will pay both the original freight charges and the return UPS fees by applying a credit.
